For several years I have been working as a physiotherapist with people with musculoskeletal problems. Every day I try to help people with acute or chronic back pain or other parts of the body. However, prevention of these conditions is my domain.
By exercising, I would like to help you reduce pain, restore health, improve your body flexibility, relax overloaded muscles, strengthen your muscle corset and last but not least improve your fitness level.
In my exercise I will try to use all my knowledge and combine individual rehabilitation methodologies and approaches in connection with the benefits of yoga.
Yoga also offers psychosomatic problems, so if you have pain that has no clinical background, this exercise is for you. Yoga affects not only physical but also mental well-being.
