Power yoga is a system developed from classical yoga. It is a summary of positions using stretching, rehabilitation and strengthening methods. Power yoga is freed from the classical philosophy of yoga and focuses primarily on the physical aspects of it. However, due to the inseparability of body and mind, it also affects the inner development of personality. This is a more dynamic lesson, where you may even sweat a little. It will help to strengthen the whole body and keep the body fit.
Exercise increases strength and flexibility of the whole body, improves concentration and relaxes the mind. This exercise removes muscle imbalance, incorrect movement patterns, and posture. It also helps to relieve stress and improves mental resistance. The result is joy of movement, improved performance and flexibility, and movement without restrictions.
These classes are suitable for all ages. If you have health issues (high blood pressure, have undergone spine surgery, etc.), you should tell your instructor before the class.
