Power yoga is a system developed from classical yoga. It is a summary of positions using stretching, rehabilitation and strengthening methods. Power yoga is freed from the classical philosophy of yoga and focuses primarily on the physical aspects of it.
Take care of yourself
Yoga is an ancient system of physical and mental training that in modern times helps to understand yourself and your needs which ultimately helps you to live a better life and to be more satisfied. In Harmony studio we have created a space for you to take a break, dive into yourself and to build flexibility and strength of both your body and mind. Yoga is a wonderful companion to the following destinations:
Yoga consists of complex exercises, it evenly trains flexibility, strength, stamina, stability, balance and proper posture.
Physical practice combined with breathing exercises have proven to help relieve stress, anxiety and maintain a calm mind.
Yoga strengthens and stabilizes the deepest muscles and properly mobilizes joints which makes the entire body more resistant to any threats.
Yoga supports all kinds of right processes in the body and relieves fatigue. By stimulating melatonin production, it improves sleep quality.
Yoga is an individual practice. By combining physical exercise, breathing and relaxation techniques, it opens the way to oneself.
Higher quality of life
All these points create a synergy and thus contribute to the harmony of your body, mind and spirit, as well as to the harmony of you and your surroundings.
Yoga is light, which once lit will never dim.
The better you practice, the brighter the flame.
Strengthening and releasing - this is the dynamic balance of the spine that we strive for at this class. In addition to the spine, we also focus on the deep stabilization system, which is of great importance when properly holding the body (and thus the correct position of the spine).
Exercise takes place in a small group where a personal approach of the instructor as well as space for communication is guaranteed.
The class is conducted at a slow pace and is gentle on the locomotor system. It uses exercises that gently relax the joints, but also stretch and strengthen the muscles in the body.
This class is specifically tailored to children's abilities. It is carried in a friendly and playful atmosphere. Children will find what they enjoy - creating, playing fairy tales, trying out diverse, tailor-made positions that are inspired by nature and animals.
You will learn sun salutations and basic asanas (positions) that should not be missing in any yoga class. Self-presence techniques at the beginning of the class will allow you to keep in touch with yourself, your body and your breath during the entire class.
This course is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate students who want to deepen their yoga practice, try a more comprehensive approach and understand the basic context and benefits of yoga.
Morning vinyasa yoga is a beautiful opportunity to start the day. Set your alarm a little earlier and feel fresh all day long. The class emphasizes feeling your body and starting all the good processes in it so that you leave the lesson with a smile on your face.
Meditation is a mental exercise through which our consciousness stabilizes and which creates an inner relaxed environment. In today's hurried world, it is essential to re-create this environment for health, happiness and overall well-being.
If our group classes schedule does not suit you or if you require individual approach of the instructor, we have the opportunity to try private lessons.
Tai Chi is a Chinese art that brilliantly combines dynamic meditation (consciousness development), martial art (self-defense), and chi-kung (the art of working with energy).
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga where you can try the principles of anusara and Iyengar yoga (very popular styles in the US). We will focus on smooth jumps, working with the core of the body and using its strength in shifts from individual asanas.
After a long hesitation and persuasion of my friend, I went to my first class. Many things were new to me and my whole body hurt the next day 🙂 I didn’t expect to be so relaxed at the end of the class though. I shut down completely, and I feel like a major change took place back then. Since then I have been practicing regularly. At the end of the lesson, I always dive deeper into myself and I think that is what makes me a happier woman. Thank you.
I do a lot of sports, but yoga is what fills the soul, relaxes the mind and exercises the body. I like the professional and human approach at the same time. There is a real joy of movement in each class. After the class we are all pleasantly tired and we leave home with a smile. I thank all those involved for these feelings.
I decided to try yoga because my back started to hurt due to my low physical activity. In the past I have tried various aerobic exercises, but neither of them suited me and I could not wait for the end of each class. A colleague warmly recommended me to try yoga. This is the first exercise in which I do not count minutes to end, on the contrary, I wish it was longer. I always mobilize my entire body in the class and relax and my back hurts considerably less. Thank you.
Thanks to gravid yoga, I brought my second daughter to the world joyfully and without complications. I also managed to transform the pain into a beautiful experience. My whole pregnancy was actually full of joy and happy moments, for which I am very thankful.
