GROUP MEDITATION

Meditation is a mental exercise through which our consciousness stabilizes and which creates an inner relaxed environment. In today’s hurried world, it is essential to re-create this environment for health, happiness and overall well-being. Just as regular physical activity is important, regular mental training, which may be meditation, is important.

Our instructors will guide you through different techniques to learn meditation. Just wear comfortable clothes. Usually we use bolsters or seat pillows for meditation. All these props are available at Harmony studio.
