Hello dear yogis, like every good bookworm I got to yoga through the book “Yoga for Beginners” at a time when you believe it or not, there was no yoga studio in Poprad (yes, it was long time ago 🙂). So, I tried it as a self-taught student, and it worked… So, I practiced it everywhere. My mat also accompanied me on my way to Australia and there I met some great teachers who taught me about yoga and moved me forward… Also in Bali, where I attended some workshops and courses and after years back under my beloved Tatra mountains. I felt that there must be something in yoga and I took a power yoga instructor course at the Power Yoga Academy Prague. Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind and the harmony of the soul, and I still enjoy this symphony. I would love to listen to it with you at my classes in Harmony studio.
